Über mich

• We bet you're hungry.
I mean, it's been weekly since I've provided you a
recipe!
I'm not back again from vacation just yet so I'll keep this brief and sweet;
I have to appreciate my last day time in sunlight!

Before I go, we should discuss these granola bars.
They're basic, delicious, and full of good-for-you elements and healthy extra
fat to maintain you satisfied. And they're incredibly an easy task to make!

First we toast the coconut, oats, and almonds within the
oven.
Then simply mix honey, almond butter, a little coconut oil,
vanilla and cinnamon within a saucepan to heat completely.
The wet substances are then put into the dry combination and then tossed
to mix. Easy!
Now I favor to bake these, but you don't necessarily have to.
I've offered directions for both in the formula!
Depending on that you choose you may end up with a chewy pub, or a somewhat crunchier bar.
In any event, they are delicious!
I love the actual fact that these are naturally sweetened and full of flavor from your coconut and almonds.

But chocolates at the top? Yes, you really must!
It reminds me a little of a almond joy granola bar. I trim mine into mini bite size parts to take pleasure from as a wholesome treat between meals.

Alright I need to run! Enjoy these pubs. I'll be back again with vacation photos soon!
xoxo
Ingredients
1 cup almonds, sliced up or coarsely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 glass honey (agave, brownish grain syrup or maple syrup, if
vegan)
1/2 cup almond butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 ounces quality dark chocolate, cut into small items (vegan, if desired)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 levels F. Range a 9-in . square skillet with parchment paper.

In a large dish combine oats, almonds, and coconut.

Pass on on a large baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, stirring
halfway through. Remove from range and transfer to a large bowl.

Insert honey, coconut oil, almond butter, sodium,
cinnamon, and vanilla to a moderate sauce pan and heat over
medium-low heat until warm and coconut oil is definitely melted.
Add moist ingredients to dried out ingredients and stir well to
mix and coating the oat/almond/coconut mixture. Transfer mix to prepared skillet and press solidly
down to pack bars firmly and ensure they stick collectively.
The harder you press, the greater they will stick
together - therefore press them in extremely firmly.
You can even bake these if you want crunchy pubs: Bake for 10-15 minutes or until firm
then remove from oven and keep at room temperature to
cool. Don't bake much longer or they will become very
difficult.
No bake method: Place skillet in refrigerator for 20
minutes or until company. I really like the no bake technique!

To make delicious chocolate: melt chocolate in double boiler or in a medium heatproof bowl over simmering water.
You can also microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring
in between. Once
melted and easy in consistency, spread evenly over bars.
Allow chocolate to cool and harden at space temperature,
then trim into 16 bars. Store in an airtight container.

Feel free to mix and match add-ins as desired. You should use dried fruit or
different nut roll recipe products.
Get crazy!
