that you follow me personally on Instagram , you might have seen my
yoga tweets lately (#akyogachallenge). I'm falling deeply in love with my practice and
    it feels completely incredible.
Right now what's funny is that I'm the sort of one who NEEDS
strength from a workout. Usually kickboxing and working
tend to be my favorites because I really like the ‘high',
uplifting feeling that comes from those cardio endorphins.
What's unusual is the fact that I've found that I have the same feeling from my yoga exercise practice, except I don't have to run 8 miles
to feel like I achieved something. When I step onto my mat, I allow my
stress move and focus my energy on respiration and thinking positively.

Most of all, yoga exercise is slowly teaching
me to appreciate the beauty within myself. It seems that we're all looking for something, whether it be a change inside
our lives, body, or our hearts; nevertheless, before any
change can happen we must learn to accept ourselves from
within. For me personally this yoga problem is about so much more than just becoming fit.

I've been attempting to treat my own body well with nutrient
loaded beautiful foods, as well. This means taking into account what is fresh and seasonal.
Of course making a mindful decision to consume better is always challenging but it is important to find foods that
make the human brain and body content.
Smoothies are my go-to beauty food. I love you could pack an insane amount of
fruits and veggies into one glass. Plus, they're quite delicious during sizzling hot
summer times. This smoothie is normally revitalizing,
quick, and may even contain every supplement under the sunlight.
It's not excessively sweet… and do not be concerned, you can't even flavor the spinach!

BEAUTY SMOOTHIE MAGIC aka WHAT'S WITH THIS SMOOTHIE:
Mango: They're packed with supplement C & fiber. Plus they're so delicious, you'll probably neglect how healthy they are.

Avocado: Healthy fatty acids go quite a distance
and help keep you full. Plus they put in a beautiful
    creamy texture towards the smoothie.
Spinach: Pack in the iron and dietary fiber.
Kiwi: One of the better fruits ever. More supplement C and dietary fiber to keep you full.

Chia Seeds: If you haven't tried this relatively
want super food, you have to! They have omega-3s, fibers, and are
full of antioxidants. You can find them at Trader Joe's or Whole foods.
